This collection was released in conjunction with "Life Like Luster" and is made up mostly of recordings from those sessions. The acoustic version of "Numbered Days" dates from the "Salve" sessions in 2002. The live-in-the-studio version of "The Ending" is the only recorded documentation of the four-piece version of the band that existed from June 2003 to July 2004, featuring bassist Brian Timpe. Lizzy played guitar in the four-piece Half Zaftig, then moved back to her natural instrument, bass, upon Timpe's departure.
